Lost my head all over that at JA! My bff in high school has the pair of “bargello” wing backs that her mother needlepointed.
They are simply amazing. A bargello foot-stool or ottoman would be a wonderful addition to your home.

Love me some needlepoint any thing, especially with out the toil. I have dabbled in needlepoint but my eyes betray me every time so I really appreciate the keen eyes of youth that are able to stitch these lovely creations.

these are all fantastic. the playing cards are so 70s pop art. love the bargello pattern~Always such a great way to add a graphic punch.
A great resource for finding needlework cushions is your local thrift stores. I’m constantly running across great 1970’s era pillows in a variety of palettes. I found a great black/brown and cream zebra patterned number for $2.60. Unfortunately, my mother “appropriated” it for her den…Drat!
The playing card pillows are a great take on a traditional needlepoint theme. I’d like to see the rest of the royal flush.
